Project Description — The Maquila
The Maquila was developed for a group of investors who wanted to launch a fashion brand. They already had the capital, machinery, materials, and production capacity to manufacture shirts, hoodies, and other products, but needed a complete system to transform that operational potential into a clear brand, product concept, and a market-ready fashion venture.
Stradlab helped structure the project from the inside out, connecting brand strategy, naming, identity, cultural concept, apparel direction, product presentation, sourcing logic, production planning, campaign language, and web structure into one cohesive system. The work turned available resources into a more organized brand foundation designed for execution, launch, and growth.
